Can I collect my order? We do not have a retail store; our granola is only available for delivery. 

Can I get free delivery for my order? Yes, free delivery applies to any order of over R950.

Can I find Base Homemade Granola in any stores? We mostly sell our granola online and at a few local markets in the Garden Route area. Here is a list of stores who currently stock our granola. 



What if I am allergic to nuts? Please note that our granola is made with rolled oats and contains nuts. Our Apple & Raisin Granola is the only nut-free option available, but it is still made in a kitchen that contains nuts.

Is your granola vegetarian friendly? All our granola is vegetarian friendly. It is sweetened with raw honey and/ or molasses and no preservatives are added.

Can I place an order for special dietary requirements? Please contact us if you have any special dietary requirements and we will try our best to accommodate you.



How much is one serving? 50g of granola equals one serving.



How long can granola last? Unopened granola can be stored in a cool, dry place, refrigerated, or even frozen for up to three months. We recommend that you consume your granola within a month after opening. To keep your granola as fresh and delicious as possible, store in an airtight container after opening.

How do I enjoy my granola? Enjoy your delicious Base Homemade Granola with fresh fruit, your choice of milk, yoghurt or just as is.



Can I request a refund? Unfortunately as we only sell consumables no refunds or returns are allowed. However, if you received the wrong product please contact us and we will happily exchange it for you. Please note that Base Homemade Granola can not accept responsibility for gross negligence by couriers in the delivery of your items.
